No fursuits permitted—this ritual requires clean paws and careful hands.

A simple and easy course for you who never tried Yoga or Acrobatics before, and all other levels off experience are welcome. Acrobatic Yoga is Yoga poses together with one or more people. Mostly on top off one another. A wonderful way off connecting with people physically, without it being sensual/sexual. You concentrate on supporting/being supported, and it helps you with getting to know your body more. Feels like cuddles, only in different positions!

Most people will be able to do the beginner poses that Pusvei will be teaching without being strong or flexible.

Pusvei / Solveig Maagaard Is a intermediate level Acroyogini who will be the instructor. She has lots off experience in teaching beginners. We begin with stretching and warm ups.

Wear comfortable clothes, no long nails, and if you feel like you were born to do this, you bring tail and head for fancy pic's. Huge plus if you have a Yoga mat!

• Most will be able to sit down
• Front rows sit on the floor (legs stretched forward)
• The next rows sit close behind, row after row
• The 2 rows before the last will kneel
• The last row stands
• Sit shoulder-to-shoulder, and place yourself between the shoulders of the row in front (will have visualization for the con days!)
• No chairs in the middle, but chairs on the sides can be provided for those who need them.
• There will be fans places on the side. So please try to maintain a leg’s length distance from the ones sitting in front of you for optimal airflow
